I hold a Master’s degree in Public health and a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences
I am extremely satisfied to be in this role as it allows me to contribute to and collaborate with an experienced team and compassionate experts in a customer based Agency.
What satisfies me most and so humbling, is getting feedbacks from clients regarding the positive impact Gold Star has had on their quality of life and the lives of their loved ones.
The founder of Gold Star Home Care Services knows that there is no small or big help, everything matters. Having worked with the senior population on different levels of their lives for more than 15 years, Richard Mayanja started up the company knowing how unpredictable life could be to anyone. He knows that the only best- way to extend a helping hand to both Adults and seniors when a need becomes apparent, is to have a team of professionals working together.
The team of professionals who make up Gold Star Home Care Agency is led by Monica Nabuuma a public health care professional with 12 years of experience in public health and she has been tested on a number of challenging issues in this field. She believes in one core principle: “Our clients and their families deserve care delivered with compassion, excellence, and reliability.” Her focus is on the needs of our clients and their families, helping them through their challenges.
The main mission is to see that all our clients are well served and continue to live a happy life by doing the things they love. Focusing on improving their lives, we continue to provide compassionate one-on-one home assistance in the comfort of their own homes. Our personalized services are available 7 days a week and can range from a few hours a day to 24/7 live-in care.
